Balo ka jhadna (hair fall) ek aam samasya hai, jo kai karanon se ho sakti hai jaise genetic factors, stress, poor diet, hormonal imbalance, ya phir pollution. Agar aap apne baalo ka jhadna rokna chahte hain, toh yeh kuch tips aapko madad kar sakti hain:




1. Achha Diet (Healthy Diet)

2. Stress Kam Karna

  • Stress bhi balo ke jhadne ka ek bada kaaran hai. Yoga, meditation, aur exercise ka abhyas karna aapko stress se ladne mein madad kar sakta hai.

3. Hair Care Routine

  • Mild Shampoo aur Conditioner: Apne baalon ko harsh chemicals se bachane ke liye mild shampoo ka istemal karein. Zyada harsh shampoos baalon ko dry aur weak bana sakte hain.
  • Combing technique: Baalon ko gently comb karein, taaki unnecessary breakage na ho. Wet hair ko comb karte waqt extra careful rahein.

5. Proper Sleep

  • Achha neend lena bhi zaroori hai, kyunki aapke body ka overall health, including hair health, sleep se directly judta hai.

6. Medication or Supplements

  • Agar hair fall bahut zyada ho, toh aap apne doctor se consult karke biotin, vitamin D, ya other supplements le sakte hain jo hair growth ko stimulate karte hain.

7. Avoid Excessive Heat or Chemicals
